Welcome to our Pasadena club located in Historic Downtown Pasadena, CA; near old town! This unique location is nestled in the historic Star News building where a workout is accompanied by elements of Pasadena's past. The club features one of the widest pools in the surrounding area, with a dedicated cycling room overlooking the vaulted Group-X room and a double stacked cardio area above the free weights.
At our health and fitness center, we believe in changing lives through fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. Our club offers a wide range of group exercise classes, personal training and a wealth of other benefits and features.
